How many sessions do I need for visible results?
For maintenance: once every 4-6 weeks. For visible results with specific skin concerns: 3-6 sessions every 4 weeks. After the first treatment, a direct glow is already visible.
Is the treatment covered by my health insurance?
Some supplementary health insurance policies partially cover skin therapy. Contact your insurer to check if your policy covers this. We can provide an invoice on request.
Is the treatment painful?
The SKIN Facial is virtually painless. During extractions you may feel slight pressure, but this is well tolerable. The treatment is designed to be pleasant and relaxing.
What is the difference between Deep Cleansing, SKIN Facial and Advanced?
Deep Cleansing (€85, 30 min): basic cleansing and extractions — ideal for maintenance. SKIN Facial (€100, 45 min): adds a mild chemical peel and booster serum — our most chosen option for first time and maintenance. Advanced SKIN Facial (€120, 50 min): adds LED therapy and cryo facial massage for maximum visible results.
Can I wear makeup after the treatment?
We recommend not wearing makeup for the first 24 hours after the treatment to allow your skin to recover optimally. After that, wearing makeup is fully possible again.
How often can I have a SKIN Facial?
For optimal results, we recommend having a SKIN Facial every 4-6 weeks. For a specific skin concern, your therapist may recommend a more intensive schedule.
What should I bring or do to prepare?
No special preparation is needed. Your makeup will be removed during the treatment. Just come clean or with makeup — it does not matter. Avoid retinol or strong active ingredients 48 hours beforehand.
Does the treatment have side effects or a recovery period?
No recovery period. After the treatment your skin may be slightly redder temporarily, but this fades quickly. Most clients return to their daily activities immediately after the treatment. SPF is recommended after the treatment.
Which products are used? Are they vegan/cruelty-free?
We work with professional skincare products from reputable brands. Most products are vegan and cruelty-free. Your therapist will inform you about the products used during the treatment.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, we charge 50% of the treatment price. We do this to fairly compensate our therapists for reserved time.
Can I combine it with other treatments on the same day?
In some cases combining is possible, depending on the treatments. Discuss this with your therapist beforehand. Combining the SKIN Facial with LED therapy or a booster add-on is perfectly possible, for example.
How long do the results last?
The immediate glow after a treatment typically lasts 1-2 weeks. For long-lasting results, we recommend a regular treatment schedule: once every 4-6 weeks. With consistent maintenance, you will notice a cumulative effect on overall skin quality.
Is the treatment suitable during pregnancy?
Always consult your midwife or gynaecologist first. The basic Deep Cleansing is possible in many cases, but chemical peels (SKIN Facial and Advanced) are not recommended during pregnancy. Your therapist will discuss this with you during the intake.
From what age is the SKIN Facial suitable?
The SKIN Facial is suitable for clients aged 16 and over. Clients under 18 require parental or guardian consent. There is no upper age limit — the treatment is suitable for all ages.
